采用超临界CO2萃取法和超声波辅助-乙醚提取法分别提取牛油果油,并采用气质联用技术对2种方法所得的牛油果油进行化学成分的分析。结果从牛油果油中共分析出66种化学成分,主要包括醛类(17个)、酯类(13个)、醇类(7个)、酸类(4个)和烃类(17个)等,其中,(Z)-2-庚烯醛、反-2-辛烯醛、壬醛、(Z)-2-癸烯醛及三反油酸甘油酯为2种方法所得牛油果油的共有成分。
The supercritical CO2 extraction and ultrasonic-assisted ether extraction were used to extract the avocado oil respectively. The chemical constituents of the avocado oil obtained by the two methods were analyzed by GC / MS. Results A total of 66 chemical constituents were isolated from avocado oil, including aldehydes (17), esters (13), alcohols (7), acids (4) and hydrocarbons Among them, (Z) -2-heptenal, trans-2-octenal, nonanal, (Z) -2-decenal and triolein were the common constituents of two types of shea butter.
