From the perspective of the legitimacy of power and sociology, the grass-roots party organizations in the rural areas can not but assume the role of social integrator. This is the practice of the ruling party in realizing the functions of political leadership and social management. Therefore, we need to base ourselves on local conditions, look forward to the future development, attach importance to villagers’ participation and realize the integration of interests, pay attention to vulnerable groups and realize the integration of resources, and promote cultural heritage and value integration.
