目的:探讨SARS-CoVIgG在人体内的持续时间。方法:对发病后不同时间采集的176例临床诊断病例的血清标本;采用北京华大GBI生物技术有限公司生产的间接ELISA试剂,进行SARS-CoVIgG抗体的检测,结果:在发病后的0~7 d、8~14 d、15~21 d、31~60 d内,SARS-CoV IgG的累计阳性率分别为11.80%、38.46%、77.27%、22~30d升至91.67%,然后进入平台期;在3个月时,抗体阳性率达到100%,一年时仍维持在93.88%,到两年时,阳性率下降为88.89%。SARS IgG的OD值随时间升高的速度慢于阳性率,在90~120 d与阳性率的峰值吻合,半年以后开始下降,到1年和2年时,抗体的滴度下降了22%和40%。结论:SARS-CoVIgG可维持2年以上,但已呈下降趋势。
Objective: To investigate the duration of SARS-CoVIgG in the human body. Methods: Serum samples from 176 clinically diagnosed cases were collected at different time points after the onset of disease. Anti-SARS-CoVIgG antibodies were detected using indirect ELISA reagents produced by Beijing Huada Bio-tech Co., Ltd. Results: After 0-7 The accumulative positive rates of SARS-CoV IgG were 11.80%, 38.46%, 77.27%, 91.67% respectively in the range of 8-14 days, 15-21 days and 31-60 days, then reached the plateau stage. At 3 months, the antibody positive rate reached 100%, one year remained at 93.88%, by two years, the positive rate decreased to 88.89%. The OD value of SARS IgG increased slowly at a slower rate than the positive rate at 90-120 d, which coincided with the peak of the positive rate and began to decline after six months. The antibody titers dropped by 22% at 1 and 2 years 40%. Conclusion: SARS-CoVIgG can be maintained for more than two years, but it has been declining.
