建筑智能化是人们对当代的学习、工作和生活建筑所形成的新的理念,是未来建筑的发展方向。而建筑智能化能否实现关键因素之一就是建筑智能化工程的高质量要求,施工过程的强化管理则决定了工程质量,因此,加强建筑智能化施工管理具有重要意义。本文针对建筑智能化工程项目施工管理要点,从工程特点等方面着手,对工程施工管理进行分析,以期为相关领域提供参考。
Intelligent building is a new idea that people form to contemporary study, work and life building. It is the development direction of future architecture. However, one of the key factors to achieve intelligent building is the high quality requirements of intelligent building projects. The intensive management of the construction process determines the quality of the project. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the intelligent construction management of buildings. In this paper, the construction of intelligent building project management points, starting from the engineering characteristics and other aspects of the construction management analysis, with a view to providing reference for the relevant fields.
