交流混合磁轴承整体上减小了磁轴承驱动和控制系统成本,是一种有广阔应用前景的磁轴承。目前提出的磁轴承参数设计方法(通常将气隙磁场密度近似等同于定子铁心磁场密度进行参数设计)精确性不高。该文提出一种基于2个B-H曲线(铁心B-H1曲线和气隙B-H2曲线)计算的交流混合磁轴承参数设计方法,最大限度地利用材料的电磁性能,既满足最大承载力等参数设计要求,又避免了磁轴承定子铁心中磁路的磁饱和现象。针对实例设计并利用有限元仿真验证了该设计方法的合理性和设计结果的正确性。
AC hybrid magnetic bearings as a whole to reduce the cost of magnetic bearing drive and control system, is a promising magnetic bearing. The current proposed magnetic bearing parameter design method (usually the air gap magnetic field density is approximately equal to the stator core magnetic field density parameter design) accuracy is not high. In this paper, a parameter design method of AC hybrid magnetic bearing based on two BH curves (iron core B-H1 curve and air gap B-H2 curve) is proposed to maximize the electromagnetic properties of the material and to meet the requirements of maximum load capacity and other parameters Requirements, but also to avoid the magnetic bearing stator core magnetic saturation phenomenon. The example design and the use of finite element simulation verify the rationality of the design method and the correctness of the design results.
