Our hospital from 1981 to 1992 admitted to Ⅰ, Ⅱ 16 cases of pediatric nephroblastoma, the use of surgery ten radiotherapy and ten chemotherapy (observation group) and radiotherapy ten chemotherapy (control group) two kinds of programs combined treatment.
