隐性知识转移对于区域间创新型企业发展、升级以及区域产业发展效益意义重大。本研究基于福建省创新型企业发展现状,阐述隐性知识转移对于福建省创新型企业整体发展重要性的基础上指出创新型企业隐性知识转移的特殊性,分析当前福建省创新型企业隐性知识转移的现状,设计创新型企业隐性知识转移的激励机制框架并分析该激励机制框架的效果图,提出促进福建省创新型企业隐性知识转移的对策建议,以期提升福建省创新型企业的整体发展水平。
