为了培养能熟练运用英语口语、为乘客提供专业服务的空乘人员,相关教师应结合授课对象的实际特点,进行相应的课堂教学设计。本文结合笔者的实际工作经验,分析了课堂教学设计的特点,总结了进行高职空中乘务专业英语口语课堂教学设计的步骤,并结合实际,给出了“check-in(机场柜台办理登记手续)”模块的课堂教学设计实例。
In order to train flight attendants who can skillfully use spoken English and provide professional services to passengers, relevant teachers should design the corresponding classroom instruction in accordance with the actual characteristics of the subjects.
