作为一名一线教师,我们在教学中,要读懂教材,更应该读懂学生,决不能“唯教材、教参”至上,要在不断的理论实践性反思下发展自我,成就一个完整的生命体,才能在与学生的各种关系和活动的交互作用下真正实现学生生命的整体发展。
