28只Wistar大鼠随机分为:内毒素休克组(ESG),腹腔注的粗制大肠杆菌内毒素复制内毒素休克模型和对照组(CG),腹腔注射等量生理盐水。实验结果表明;ESG的血清、肺和肝组织过氧化脂质(LPO)含量、血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)和5-羟色胺(5HT)以及肺组织5-HT含量均显著高于CG(P<0.05~0.01)。血清NE、5-HT与血清LPO含量之间呈正相关关系。提示内毒素休克时过氧化脂质的产生增加与NE、5-HT引起的组织缺血有关。
Twenty-eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: endotoxic shock group (ESG), intraperitoneal injection of crude E. coli endotoxin-induced endotoxic shock model and control group (CG), and intraperitoneal injection of normal saline. The results showed that the levels of LPO, NE and 5HT in serum, lung and liver tissue, and the 5-HT content in lung tissue of ESG were significantly higher than those of CG (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). Serum NE, 5-HT and serum LPO content was positively correlated. Tip endotoxic shock lipid peroxidation and NE, 5-HT-induced tissue ischemia.
