The Sixth Northwest Dialect and Folklore Symposium hosted by the National Association of Chinese Dialects, the Northwest Dialect and Folklore Research Center of Shaanxi Normal University and Inner Mongolia University, hosted by the School of Literature and Journalism and Communication of Inner Mongolia University From August 9 to August 10, 2014 Held in Hohhot. More than 90 scholars attended the conference and read 72 papers.
