采用脉冲式电流直接刺激蟾蜍离体腓肠肌作为疲劳模型 ,研究枸杞多糖 (L BP)对离体肌肉的收缩能力 ,耗竭肌肉组织内脂质过氧化物以及乳酸产生的影响。结果表明 ,6 .4~ 2 5 .6 mg/m L L BP可使肌肉收缩持续时间下降 (P<0 .0 1) ;肌乳酸含量下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;对肌肉收缩幅度没有影响 ;对脂质过氧化物含量无明显影响。提示 L BP对离体蟾蜍腓肠肌在电刺激条件下引发的收缩疲劳有促进作用。
Pulsed currents were used to directly stimulate the isolated gastrocnemius muscle as a fatigue model to study the effects of LBP on contractile capacity of isolated muscles and depletion of lipid peroxides and lactic acid in muscle tissue. The results showed that 6.4 to 25.6 mg/m LL BP decreased the duration of muscle contraction (P<0.01); myo-lactic acid content decreased (P<0.05); there was no increase in muscle contraction. Impact; No significant effect on lipid peroxide content. It is suggested that L BP can promote contractile fatigue induced by electrical stimulation in isolated gastrocnemius muscles.
