带压开舱已成为泥水盾构开舱的重要方法,泥膜闭气性能关系到带压开舱能否成功。采用自制的泥膜气密性试验装置,开展泥膜气密性实验。采用CMC、正电胶、Na2CO3等三种泥浆添加剂对泥浆性质、泥膜性质进行改性,探索泥膜闭气的机理。结果表明:正电胶能有效提高泥膜气密性,0.2%的正电胶添加量能提升泥膜闭气值83%左右;相同条件下形成的泥膜厚度越大,其闭气值越高;泥膜致密性可由泥膜厚度和成膜后滤水量的比值(d/Q)来进行比较,d/Q越大,泥膜越致密,但闭气值的大小由泥膜透气时的致密性决定。
