Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is a marker associated with cell proliferation cycle, and its expression status is related to the proliferation activity of tumor cells. The use of anti-PC NA monoclonal antibody (mAb) localization and quantitative study of its expression can be used as a hand to determine cell proliferation and prognosis.
