目的:探讨锂-匹罗卡品癫癎模型发作过程的脑电图(EEG)变化。方法:制作大鼠锂-匹罗卡品癫癎模型于造模前30min清醒状态至造模时连续EEG监测12h及造模后第1、3、7、14、28天每天监测EEG1h,观察EEG变化并总结分析。结果:EEG改变与表现症状衍变过程之间有阶段性、规律性性放电的特征。结论:EEG的特征性改变是锂-匹罗卡品急慢性癫癎模型点燃成功的判断标准之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG) during the onset of lithium-pilocarpine epilepsy model. Methods: Epileptic model of lithium-pilocarpine was established in 30 awake state before model making, continuous EEG monitoring at 12h after model making, and daily monitoring of EEG1h on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th and 28th day after modeling. EEG Change and summarize the analysis. Results: There was a periodic and regular discharge characteristic between EEG change and manifestation symptom evolution. CONCLUSIONS: The characteristic changes of EEG are one of the criteria for successful ignition of lithium-pilocarpine acute and chronic epileptic model.
