对某330 MW中储仓式制粉系统四角切圆燃烧贫煤锅炉进行改烧烟煤的低氮燃烧技术改造。充分结合制粉、送粉和燃烧系统运行的特点,设计了一套新的、集成式的、煤种适应性强的低NOx燃烧系统:采用抽炉烟干燥制粉和乏气热风复合送粉,进行超低一次风率烟气再循环燃烧,并将富余高压一次风作为高速燃尽风与分离燃尽风结合,实现水平方向和沿炉膛高度方向的空气深度分级燃烧。改造后,锅炉燃烧适应煤种拓展到高挥发分烟煤,满负荷工况时NOx排放浓度约210 mg/m3,比改造前降低60%,锅炉效率提高超过1%。
