沈阳生态水城总部基地项目是辽中县的重点工程,是一个集行政、办公、金融和商务于一体的城市综合体,也是辽中县的新产业孵化器。其中A座地上部分采用钢框架-偏心支撑结构,因建筑立面收进尺寸较大,塔楼偏置导致结构扭转效应对结构存在不利影响。根据工程的实际情况和设计中所遇到的问题,对结构设计情况作了系统介绍,并着重介绍了钢框架-偏心支撑结构设计、弹性时程分析、静力弹塑性分析等结构设计计算方法,阐述了设计中遇到的问题和采取的措施。
