目的探讨采用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片对2型糖尿病进行治疗的临床效果。方法 90例2型糖尿病患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为实验组和对照组,各45例。对照组患者采用盐酸二甲双胍普通片进行治疗,实验组患者采用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者的糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等指标及不良反应的发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病,能够有效控制血糖,提高患者的治疗依从性,效果显著,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into experimental group and control group according to the different treatment methods, 45 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets. Patients in the experimental group were treated with metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in Hb A1c, FPG, TC and adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets can be used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can effectively control blood sugar and improve patient compliance. The results are significant, safe and reliable.
