我国经济发展是以市场经济为导向的,而资本运营是企业满足市场经济发展要求的重要条件。高水平的资本运营可以最大限度的优化企业的资源配置,提高企业的经济效益,实现企业资本效益最大化。资本运营可以有效的帮助企业在激烈的竞争中生存、发展,企业通过提高其资本运营水平实现利润增值及资产规模稳健发展的战略目标。本文通过案例分析,具体阐述良好的资本运营给企业带来的效益,对如何提高企业资本运营水平进行探讨。
China’s economic development is guided by a market economy, while capital operation is an important condition for enterprises to meet the requirements of a market economy. A high level of capital operation can maximize the optimal allocation of resources to enterprises, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, to achieve maximum corporate capital efficiency. Capital operation can effectively help enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce competition. Enterprises can achieve the strategic goal of profit appreciation and stable asset scale by raising their capital operation level. In this paper, through case studies, this paper elaborates on the benefits that good capital operation brings to the enterprise and how to improve the operation of the enterprise’s capital.
