血吸虫也称裂体吸虫,可致血吸虫病。血吸虫寄生于脊椎动物体内,而其幼虫在中间宿主螺体内发育。血吸虫体内存在众多微小RNA(micro RNA),参与调控自身生长发育以及与宿主间的相互作用。本文从血吸虫micro RNA的发现与鉴定、血吸虫micro RNA在不同发育阶段、不同性别及不同宿主中的差异表达以及血吸虫micro RNA潜在的应用价值等方面作一概述。
Schistosoma also known as schistosomula can cause schistosomiasis. Schistosoma parasites in vertebrates and their larvae develop in the intermediate host spirochetes. Schistosoma there are many microRNAs (microRNAs), involved in the regulation of their own growth and development and the interaction with the host. In this paper, we summarize the discovery and identification of microRNA of Schistosoma japonicum, the differential expression of schistosome microRNA in different developmental stages, different genders and different hosts and the potential value of microRNA for schistosome.
