随着知识经济的到来,集成电路IC设计企业迅猛发展,成为经济发展的驱动力。IC设计企业有许多不同于传统企业的特征,是人力资本密集型的企业,是技术创新和管理创新的先驱。IC设计企业以知识型员工为主体,人力资源是最关键的资源。只有认真并深入地研究,并采取合理、科学的人力资源管理方法,才能在人力资源管理活动中尽量减少风险的发生,提高企业人力资源管理效益,增进企业利润的最大化。
With the advent of a knowledge-based economy, IC design companies have grown rapidly and become the driving force for economic development.
