跨入三年级以后,在二年级的基础上我班重新组建了四个小队,四名队长由学生投票产生,队长选好后,全班同学去选自己喜欢的队长,成为他的粉丝和队员,为队长后期顺利开展活动作好了辅垫。组队后,一直以小队的形式组织参加学校活动、开展班级活动,在这些小队活动中学生的综合素养得到了很大的提升。下面就以我们开展过的活动为例,谈一谈学生综合素养的有意培养和提升。 After entering the third grade, on the basis of the second grade, I reorganized four classes in our class.
