跨入三年级以后,在二年级的基础上我班重新组建了四个小队,四名队长由学生投票产生,队长选好后,全班同学去选自己喜欢的队长,成为他的粉丝和队员,为队长后期顺利开展活动作好了辅垫。组队后,一直以小队的形式组织参加学校活动、开展班级活动,在这些小队活动中学生的综合素养得到了很大的提升。下面就以我们开展过的活动为例,谈一谈学生综合素养的有意培养和提升。
After entering the third grade, on the basis of the second grade, I reorganized four classes in our class. Four captains were cast by the students. After the captain was selected, the classmates selected their favorite captain and became his fans and team members , For the smooth development of the captain to play a complementary cushion. After the team has been organized in the form of a small team to participate in school activities, carry out class activities, the overall quality of students in these team activities has been greatly improved. Take the activities we have conducted below as an example to talk about the intentional cultivation and promotion of students’ comprehensive literacy.
