2015年1月1日,《热泵热水机(器)能源效率标识实施规则》(修订)(以下简称实施规则)正式实施。对此,有业内人士评价,热泵热水器能效标识的实施,不仅为整个热泵热水器行业带来产品能效的提升,加速淘汰低能效产品,企业各能效等级产品的申报、备案运作流程也将严格控制。首次加贴能效标识实施规则首次提出对热泵热水器加贴能效标识。该实施规则由国家质量监督检验检疫总局和国家认证认可监督管理委员会联合制定,并由国家发展和改革委员会
