利用2014年夏季中国第6次北极科考获得的连续表层海水叶绿素a浓度、温度和盐度数据,研究东海至楚科奇海表层海水叶绿素a分布及影响因素。结果表明,东海至白令海以南太平洋海域叶绿素a浓度平均值2.767 mg/m~3,变化范围0.386~8.642 mg/m~3,变化趋势由西南至东北先增加后减少,白令海至楚科奇海海域叶绿素a浓度平均值1.166 mg/m~3,变化范围0.06~8.283 mg/m~3,变化趋势由南至北递减。采用Pearson相关性分析,结果表明,对于浮游植物生长来说,东海至白令海以南太平洋海域夏季过高的温度和光照水平是不利因素,盐度影响很小,白令海至楚科奇海海域较低的盐度水平则是不利因素,温度和光照水平影响很小。另一个重要影响因素营养盐水平则是跟研究海域洋流变化有关。
Using the data of chlorophyll a concentration, temperature and salinity of continuous surface seawater obtained from the 6th Arctic Scientific Expedition in China in the summer of 2014, the distribution of chlorophyll a and its influencing factors in the seawater from the East China Sea to the Chukchi Sea were studied. The results showed that the average concentration of chlorophyll a in the sea area from the East China Sea to the south of the Bering Sea was 2.767 mg / m ~ 3, and the variation range was 0.386 ~ 8.642 mg / m ~ 3. The trend of change firstly increased and then decreased from the southwest to the northeast, The average concentration of chlorophyll a in the sea area was 1.166 mg / m ~ 3, and the range of variation was 0.06 ~ 8.283 mg / m ~ 3. The trend of change decreased from south to north. Using Pearson correlation analysis, the results showed that for the phytoplankton growth, the summer over the East China Sea to the area south of the Bering Sea was adversely affected by the summer temperature, the salinity had little effect, and the area from the Bering Sea to the Chukchi Sea was relatively low Salinity levels are unfavorable factors, temperature and light levels have little effect. Another important factor affecting nutrient levels is the change of ocean currents in the study area.
