米非司酮与米索前列腺素药物流产,目前已广泛应用于临床,由于其疗效高,痛苦小,故深受早孕患者欢迎。有少数的患者出现不全流产,临床虽然见到有完整的胎囊排出,但并不等于蜕膜完全排出,所以阴道出血者仍较多,持续时间也比收宫时间长。 从1995年3月至1995年12月,我们采用了纯中药制剂抗宫炎片合益母草冲剂同用治疗米非司酮合米索前列腺素药物流产后所致的阴道出血116例,并与先锋Ⅳ号配合益母草冲剂治疗该症58例进行了对照。两组均在确认胎囊排出的当天晚上开始服药。①治疗组服抗宫炎片合益母草冲剂。抗宫炎片为湖南南开制药厂生产的纯中药片剂,口服每日3次,每次6片用益母草冲剂送服。连服10天为1疗程,最多用2个疗程。②对照组:口服先锋4号,每次0.5mg,每日4次。
