研究不同温度下乙醇在不含Si-OH基团的疏水硅佛石(Silicalite-Ⅰ)表面上的吸附等温线及脱附等温线。计算出硅沸石上乙醇的吸附热及脱附活化能分别为49.4kJ及14.9kJ/mol。疏水硅沸石吸附剂或硅沸石填充硅橡胶分离膜能有效地从稀乙醇-水的混合液中,或从发酵产生的啤酒中分离、浓缩乙醇。
The adsorption isotherms and desorption isotherms of ethanol on the surface of Silicalite-Ⅰ without Si-OH groups at different temperatures were studied. The calculated heat of adsorption and desorption activation energy of ethanol on silica zeolite were 49.4kJ and 14.9kJ / mol, respectively. Hydrophobic silicalite adsorbents or silicalite-filled silicone rubber separators are effective in separating and concentrating ethanol from dilute ethanol-water mixtures or from fermented beer.
