目的 探讨胎盘早剥的早期诊断,临床特点及处理方法. 方法 对2007年1月～12月间我院收治的72例胎盘早剥病例进行回顾性分析,总结临床特点.结果 胎盘早剥I度症状较轻,临床表现不典型, 易被忽视漏诊;Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度诊断多无困难,但其并发症易对母婴生命安全造成严重后果.结论 认识早期胎盘早剥的信号非常重要,以便及时进行防范处理,从而降低母体严重并发症,减少围生儿患病率和死亡率.
