爱国主义教育的重要性和必要性对于任何国家都具有相同的作用。在不同国家发展的不同阶段,爱国主义教育与国家的关联在体制、历史文化传统以及教育内容、手段等方面都会有所变化。其中,特别要汲取德日以及苏联在爱国主义教育问题上的极端和破坏性影响的教训,在加强国内秩序、稳定的同时,强调对于其他国家和人类文明的积极作用。要达到这样的目的,就需要在加强爱国主义教育的同时,在体制、社会发展、民主化和个人权利等方面,对于领袖人物、民族主义产生的权力集中形成有效的制约。
The importance and necessity of patriotic education have the same effect on any country. In different stages of the development of different countries, the link between patriotic education and the state will change in the aspects of system, historical and cultural tradition, education content and means. In particular, we should learn from the lessons of the extreme and destructive effects of Germany, Japan and the Soviet Union on patriotic education and emphasize the positive role that other countries and human civilizations play in strengthening domestic order and stability. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to strengthen the patriotism education at the same time, in the system, social development, democratization and individual rights, for leaders, nationalisms power concentrated to form an effective constraint.
