“民间档案”开篇圈档案是人类社会发展的宝贵精神财富,它真实地记录了社会和城市的发展轨迹。但是,由于历史的原因,有部分珍贵的档案散落在民间。受保管条件和对档案重要性认识程度的限制,这些散落在民间的档案许多已经损坏甚至被焚毁。近些年,青岛出现了一些民间档案收藏者。从某种意义上说,他们为我们这座城市做出了贡献。令人敬佩的是,有位叫金鹏的年轻人,为了抢救这些散落在民间档案,每月都会花大笔钱去购买,他收藏档案的目的只有一个。就是力所能及地为我们城市保护好这些档案,以免损坏和流失。今年青岛画报开设“民间档案”这一栏目,一方面想通过这个栏目唤起民问保护档案的意识,最重要的还是要向民间档案的收藏者、保护者表达我们的敬意。
“Folk archives ” The opening file is a precious spiritual wealth for the development of human society, it truly records the social and urban development track. However, due to historical reasons, some precious files are scattered among the people. Custodial conditions and awareness of the importance of the file, many of the files scattered among the people have been damaged or even destroyed. In recent years, there have been some folk archive collectors in Qingdao. In a sense, they contribute to our city. It is admirable that a young man named Jinpeng saved a large sum of money every month in order to rescue these scattered files. He had only one purpose of collecting the files. It is to the best of our ability to protect these files for our city, so as to avoid damage and loss. This year, the Qingdao Pictorial is set up with the section entitled “Private Files.” On the one hand, I would like to arouse the awareness of the people’s protection archives through this section. The most important thing is to express our respect to the collectors and protectors of the private archives.
