1998年我市在归国劳务人员中发现了首例艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者。依据《传染病防治法》及《艾滋病检测管理的若干规定》,在保密和不歧视的原则下,我们对其进行了调查处理。
In 1998, the city found the first case of HIV infection among returning service workers. According to Law on Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and Several Provisions on the Management of HIV / AIDS Testing, we conducted investigation and treatment under the principle of confidentiality and non-discrimination.
