当前,小学数学课堂教学中,由 于部分教师受旧的教育思想的影 响,教学方法不当,师生心理负担和 课业负担过重的现象时有发生。如 有的教师不顾学生的知识基础、年 龄心理特点、理解能力和思维水平, 采用简单的“注入式”的教学方法, 一味地向学生灌输知识,死记硬背 定义、公式、法则。长期如此,培养的 学生只能是应付考试的“机器”,而 不是社会主义建设的人才。这些弊端直接影响了由“应试教育”向“素 质教育”的转轨。因此,优化小学数 学教学方法,提高课堂教学效率,实 现素质教育很自然地提到议事日程。 教学方法是教师在教学过程中,为完成教学任务而采用的手段和途径。教学方法的优化,就是根据不同的教学任务、教学内容、教育对象和教师的个性特点,恰当地选择
At present, the primary and secondary mathematics classroom teaching, due to the influence of some teachers by the old educational thought, improper teaching methods, teachers and students psychological burden and the heavy burden of the phenomenon of schoolwork have occurred.
