On the morning of June 9, 2004, Prof. Shen Nalan, a famous scholar at Indian International University, and his son Shen Shensen (currently an associate professor of Chinese at New York City University) were invited to visit the International Exchange Center of Beijing Foreign Studies University and the International Chinese Teaching Information Center. Professor Zhang Xiping, Vice President of International Exchange School of Beijing Foreign Studies University, Director of Overseas Sinology Research Center and Director of International Chinese Teaching Information Center, warmly received and exchanged pleasant talks with two scholars. Professor Zhang Xiping first introduced to guests the International Exchange Institute and two research centers - Overseas Sinology Research Center,
