偏头痛的病理生理学基础一直存在争议,其先兆有关症状和体征提示自主神经系统(autonomic nervous sgstem ANS)的参与。本研究将一套标准化的心血管功能测定用于各类偏头痛病人和健康对照,目的要确立偏头痛病人的心血管反射被削弱的程度,并确定ANS哪一部分受影响最重。 全部病人被分为2组。偏头痛组62人,男14人,女48人,年龄21~50岁,平均36.5±7.6岁,其中21人为有先兆性偏头痛,41人无先兆性偏头痛。对照组45人,男26人,女19人,年龄22~49岁,平均36.5±8.4岁。所有病人均无糖尿病家族史,心电图提示正常心律,于试验前5天未治疗。在
The pathophysiological basis of migraine has been controversial, and its aura-related symptoms and signs suggest the involvement of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). In this study, a standardized set of cardiovascular function tests was applied to all types of migraine sufferers and healthy controls to establish the extent to which cardiovascular distress was attenuated in migraine patients and to determine which part of ANS was the most affected. All patients were divided into two groups. Migraine group of 62 people, 14 males and 48 females, aged 21 to 50 years old, with an average of 36.5 ± 7.6 years, of which 21 were migraine with aura, 41 without migraine headaches.
