10例患者均为有机磷农药中毒,男6例、女4例;年龄7～50岁;口服中毒7例、皮肤接触和呼吸道中毒3例;中毒时间20分～1小时;中度4例、重度6例;并发肺水肿6例;脑水肿1例。治疗过程:迅速彻底清除毒物,二次反复洗胃,对皮肤接触中毒的,脱去全部衣服先用肥皂水(敌百虫除外)后用清水反复彻底冲洗。对口服的先反复洗胃后,留置胃管1～1.5小时再反复洗胃一次,后用30～50g硫酸钠导泻。在此同时,迅速建立两条液路,立即给阿托品10～20毫克,15分钟一次静注,病情好转后,逐渐延长给
