目的对猪殃殃全草中黄酮类成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为柯伊利素(I),芹菜素(Ⅱ),木犀草素(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ),木犀草素-4’-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅶ)和木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To isolate and identify flavonoids from the whole body of Polyporus umbellatus. Methods Chromatographic techniques such as silica gel, C18 reverse phase silica gel, polyamide, and Sephadex LH-20 gel were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectral data. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as colicin (I), apigenin (II), luteolin (III), quercetin (IV), and corylin-7-O-β-D-glucose. Glucoside (V), Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (VI), Luteolin-4’-O-β-D-glucoside (VII) and luteolin-7-O-β -D-glucoside (VIII). Conclusion Compounds I-VIII were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
