在花期前采集豚草植株的茎叶并制成过敏原浸出液,对44例豚草花粉皮试阳性及30例豚草花粉皮试阴性的秋季哮喘患者,作皮内试验和血嗜碱细胞组织胺释放试验(HRBT)。花粉皮试阳性组豚草茎叶浸出液皮试阳性率为88.6%(39/44),HRBT阳性率为70.5%(31/44)。而花粉皮试阴性组豚草茎叶浸出液皮试阳性率为13.5%(4/30),HRBT阳性率为6.6%(2/30)。20例健康对照其非花粉植株浸出液皮试均呈阴性反应。
The stems and leaves of ragweed plants were collected before anthesis and allergen leachate was prepared. In 44 fall ragweed pollen skin test positive and 30 fall ragweed pollen skin test negative autumn asthma patients, intradermal test and blood basophil histamine release Test (HRBT). The positive rate of ramie grass stems and leaves leachate skin test was 88.6% (39/44) and the positive rate of HRBT was 70.5% (31/44). However, the positive rate of leprosy stems and leaves leachate sample in the pollen skin test negative group was 13.5% (4/30), and the HRBT positive rate was 6.6% (2/30). Twenty healthy controls were negative for non-pollen plant leachate samples.
