针对本钢板材股份有限公司运输部电力机车集电器存在的问题,对其进行了改造设计,研制出新型集电器。本文对新型集电器的设计、安装调试步骤进行了介绍,并对其应用后产生的经济效益进行了分析。新型集电器使系统升降性能得到改善,操作简单,维护方便,检修时间周期缩短,成本大大降低,并且提高了电力机车的运行能力和安全性能,可以防止电力机车在运行过程中刮断牵引网。
Aiming at the problems existing in the electric locomotive collector of the Ministry of Transport of Bengang Steel Plates Co., Ltd., it has been reformed and designed and a new collector has been developed. In this paper, the design, installation and debugging steps of the new collector are introduced, and the economic benefits arising from its application are analyzed. The new type of electric current collector has the advantages of improving the lifting performance of the system, simple operation, convenient maintenance, shorter maintenance time period, greatly reduced cost, improved operation ability and safety performance of the electric locomotive, and can prevent the electric locomotive from scraping off the traction net during operation.
