本文评价和比较了球团矿还原膨胀的测定设备和三种测定方法。推荐采用双壁反应管,试样为18个球,煤气应经过预热。研究了不同煤气流量,煤气成份、还原温度、还原时间、试样个数和粒度对不同类型球团矿还原膨胀率和还原度的影响,从而确定了可推荐的试验条件。试验证明,本方法测定的数据比较稳定。关于球团矿体积测定问题,对于不裂或微裂的球团矿,直径法和排汞法结果相近;对于裂缝较大的球团矿,排汞法结果偏低;对于生产上的球团矿,两种方法均可用做常规检验,其中直径法比较简单、安全。
This paper evaluates and compares the measuring equipment for the reduction and expansion of pellets and the three determination methods. Recommended double-wall reaction tube, the sample is 18 balls, the gas should be preheated. The effects of different gas flow rate, gas composition, reduction temperature, reduction time, sample number and particle size on the reduction and expansion of various types of pellets were studied. The recommended test conditions were determined. Test proved that the method of determining the data more stable. For the measurement of pellet volume, the results of diameter method and mercury removal method are similar for pellets that are not cracked or cracked. For the pellets with larger cracks, the results of mercury removal method are lower. For the production of pellets Mine, both methods can be used as a routine test, which diameter method is relatively simple and safe.
