本文就蚊虫驱避机理的研究进行了综述,详细介绍了目前两类主流的驱避机理假说:驱避剂干扰嗅觉系统以阻断蚊虫对宿主气味的识别、驱避剂激活嗅觉神经元引起蚊虫的主动躲避行为。介绍了笔者所在实验室近几年对驱避剂进行的相关研究,以及从驱避剂与引诱剂缔合作用的角度对驱避机理的研究。
This article reviews the research on repellent mechanisms of mosquitoes and describes in detail the current two types of repellent mechanism hypotheses: the repellent interferes with the olfactory system to block mosquitoes’ recognition of host odors, the repellent activates olfactory neurons to cause mosquitoes The initiative to avoid behavior. This paper introduces the related research on repellent in the laboratory of the author in recent years and the research on repellent mechanism from the perspective of the associating effect of repellent and attractant.
