1989 National Hydrological Science and Technology Information Network Northwest Group Intelligence Academic Exchange Conference held in Urumqi on October 10 ~ 13. The meeting was hosted by the Northwest Survey and Design Institute, the northwest team leader. 40 representatives of the network members and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.
