本文阐述了现行的上市公司经营业绩评价方法中,主观赋权法的主观性太强从而导致评价结果不够准确的局限,针对上市公司经营的特点,探讨了一种基于因子分析的上市公司经营业绩评价模型。并通过使用 SPSS13.5统计软件,对湖北省的10家上市公司经营业绩进行评价。评价结果表明,采用因子分析方法的准确性较高,其评价结果符合上市公司的真实状况,能在一定程度上克服现行的评价方法的不足。
This paper expounds the limitation of subjectivity of subjective empowerment method in the current performance evaluation of listed companies, which leads to the evaluation results are not accurate enough. Aiming at the characteristics of the listed companies, this paper discusses the operating performance of listed companies based on factor analysis Evaluation model. And through the use of SPSS13.5 statistical software, Hubei Province, 10 listed companies operating performance evaluation. The evaluation results show that the accuracy of the factor analysis method is high, and the evaluation results are in line with the real situation of listed companies, which can overcome the deficiencies of the current evaluation methods to a certain extent.
