受我国经济下行的压力下,各企业对于员工的要求愈加苛刻,面试能否成功决定着大学生能否成功就业。为更好地帮助大学生在众多的大学毕业生求职过程中脱颖而出,顺利通过企业面试,本研究以面试技巧为视角,阐述了我国大学毕业生就业愈加困难的现状与面试技巧对大学生求职成功重要性的基础上,就其在大学生求职过程中的应用进行了详细分析,包括“知己知彼”的初步性面试技巧、外在的面试技巧、心理上的面试技巧及能力表达上的面试技巧等。 Under the pressure of China’s economic downturn, the requirements of enterprises for employees are more and more harsh. Whether the interview can successfully determine whether college students can succeed in employment or not depends on the interview. In order to better help college students to stand out in the process of seeking jobs for many college graduates and successfully pass the corporate interview, this study expounds the increasingly difficult employment status of college graduates and the importance of interview skills to the success of job hunting for college students from the perspective of interview skills. Based on the detailed analysis of its application in the process of seeking employment for college students, including the preliminary interview skills, external interview skills, psychological interview skills and ability to express the interview skills.
