我院2010年2月～2011年10月诊治的102例急性脑梗死患者,将其分为对照组与试验组各51例,比较两组疗效。试验组有效率90.20%明显高于对照组78.43%;在神经功能缺失评分上,试验组评分明显优于对照组,经临床统计学分析有明显差异(P<0.05)。依达拉奉与奥扎格雷钠联用治疗急性脑梗死能达到更好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Our hospital from February 2010 to October 2011 diagnosis and treatment of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction, divided into control and experimental group of 51 cases, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. The effective rate of the experimental group was 90.20%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.43%). In the neurological deficit score, the score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can achieve better therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
