对宁夏中卫市香山乡红圈子村和海原县关桥乡罗山村连作1、3、5、7、10、20、30年不同土壤类型的压砂地硒和理化性质数据进行单因素方差分析、Pearson相关分析以及回归分析,以探明不同砂田的土壤类型中硒含量的状况、不同压砂年限硒含量的变化规律、不同深度硒含量的变化规律,并对压砂地硒与土壤理化性质的相关性进行分析,为提高宁夏中部干旱带砂田的可持续利用提供依据。结果表明:砂田土壤中硒含量与土壤粘粒含量有着密切的关系,呈显著的正相关关系。随连作年限的增加,两地砂田土壤中硒含量总体上呈下降趋势,压砂10年状况为最差。两地压砂地随土层深度的增加硒含量呈逐渐上升趋势。两地砂田硒与土壤有机质表现出极显著正相关。因此,在砂田耕作的过程中必须进行科学的施肥与合理的耕作,对生产益于人体健康适当硒含量的硒砂瓜具有重要意义。
One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the selenium and physicochemical properties of the pressed sand with different soil types at 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 20 and 30 years in Xiangshan Village, Xiangshan Township, Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Luo Shan Village, Guanqiao Township, Haiyuan County. Pearson Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to find out the status of selenium content in different types of sand soils, the variation rules of selenium content under different sandblasting years and the variation rules of selenium content at different depths. The results showed that selenium content in sandy soil had a close relationship with soil clay content, showing a significant positive correlation. With the increase of continuous cropping years, the selenium content of sandy soils in both areas showed a downward trend as a whole, and the worst condition of sand was in 10 years. With the increase of soil depth, the content of selenium in the two sandstones increased gradually. The selenium in the two fields showed extremely significant and positive correlation with soil organic matter. Therefore, during the cultivation of sand fields, scientific fertilization and reasonable farming are necessary, which is of great significance for the production of selenium-melon which is suitable for human health with appropriate selenium content.
