人事档案是对相关人员所作所为进行信息录入并以文字的形势呈现出来的活动,档案管理是对档案进行汇总、处理的过程。合理的单位档案管理可以帮助企业单位进行人才开发,有利于企业的发展和完善。伴随着经济的发展,我国事业单位对档案管理越来越重视。但现今的事业单位档案管理仍然存在很多问题,影响了事业单位自身的发展。本文首先介绍了事业单位档案管理中存在的问题,而后提出了相应的优化方案。
Personnel files is the activities of relevant personnel what they do for information entry and text situation presented, file management is the summary of the file, the process. Reasonable file management unit can help business units to develop talent, is conducive to the development and improvement of enterprises. With the development of economy, our institutions pay more and more attention to file management. However, there still exist many problems in the file management of public institutions nowadays, which has affected their own development. This article first introduces the existing problems in the file management of public institutions, and then puts forward the corresponding optimization programs.
