当储罐不能满足自锚固条件时,设置锚栓结构是最常采用的一种稳定措施。该结构通过埋设在基础环梁中的锚固螺栓和焊接在罐壁上的锚栓座结构,对储罐自身过大的倾覆力矩和提升力产生有效的抵抗作用。基于多年的国外储罐项目建设经验和标准规范使用经验,对已经列入美国石油学会API 650储罐设计标准的美国钢结构协会锚栓座设计标准进行解读,并补充实用性建议和注意事项。
When the tank can not meet the self-anchoring conditions, setting the anchor bolt structure is the most commonly used as a stabilizing measure. The structure provides an effective resistance to excessive overturning moment and lifting force of the tank by anchoring bolts embedded in the foundation ring beam and anchor bolt seats welded on the tank wall. Based on years of experience in the construction of foreign tank projects and the experience of using standard specifications, the American Institute of Steel Construction Anchor Block Design Standards, already included in the American Petroleum Institute API 650 Tank Design Standard, are read and the practical suggestions and precautions are added.
