以河北省普通高校的健美操教师为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查法等方法对河北省高校健美操教师的现状进行调查和分析。研究结果表明:目前河北省省高校健美操教师以青年女性为主,教龄普遍较短;教师原始专项结构不够合理;教师学历、职称结构偏低;科研能力较弱;但教师的从业态度积极正确,在职培训情况较好。 Taking the aerobics teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province as the research object, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of the aerobics teachers in Hebei Province by means of literature, questionnaire and other methods. The results show that: At present, aerobics teachers in HEIs in Hebei Province mainly focus on young women and have a generally shorter teaching age; the original special structure of teachers is not reasonable enough; the academic qualifications and titles of teachers are low; the research capacity is weak; but the teachers’ , On-the-job training is better.
