目的探讨哮喘患儿血清1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)_2D_3]水平和白介素-25(IL-25)的水平与肺功能和生活质量的关系。方法选取该院2013年11月-2014年12月急性期哮喘患儿30例(观察组)和同期健康患儿30例(对照组)为研究对象,取空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫分析(ELISA)法测定血清中1,25(OH)_2D_3和IL-25的浓度,并对哮喘患儿进行肺功能检查及用儿童哮喘患者生活质量调查问卷(PAQLQ)进行生活质量评分。结果观察组患儿血清1,25(OH)_2D_3显著低于对照组,IL-25水平均显著高于对照组,PAQLQ分值明显低于对照组,观察组患儿血清IL-25均与肺功能指标FEVl%、FEVl/FVC%呈负相关(r=-0.493,P<0.05;r=-0.485,P<0.05)和PAQLQ分值均呈负相关(r=-0.341,P<0.05;r=-0.503,P<0.05;r=-0.476,P<0.05),1,25(OH)_2D_3与肺功能指标FEVl%、FEVl/FVC%呈正相关(r=0.513,P<0.05;r=0.504,P<0.05)和PAQLQ分值均呈正相关(r=0.389,P<0.05;r=0.532,P<0.05;r=0.587,P<0.05);PAQLQ分值均与肺功能呈正相关。结论血清1,25(OH)_2D_3和IL-25参与了哮喘的急性反应,可作为判断哮喘急性期指标;哮喘患儿的肺功能和生活质量下降可能与两者有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25 (OH) _2D_3] and interleukin-25 (IL-25) in children with asthma and pulmonary function and quality of life. Methods 30 patients (observation group) and 30 healthy children (control group) with acute asthma in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study. Fasting venous blood was collected and analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ELISA method was used to measure the serum concentrations of 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 and IL-25. The asthmatic children were examined for pulmonary function and the quality of life was assessed by PAQLQ. Results The serum 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the level of IL-25 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the PAQLQ score was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group There was a negative correlation between FEV1% and FEV1 / FVC% (r = -0.493, P <0.05; r = -0.485, P <0.05) = -0.503, P <0.05; r = -0.476, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 and FEVl% and FEVl / FVC% of pulmonary function (r = 0.513, , P <0.05) and PAQLQ score (r = 0.389, P <0.05; r = 0.532, P <0.05; r = 0.587, P <0.05). PAQLQ score was positively correlated with pulmonary function. Conclusions Serum 1,25 (OH) _2D_3 and IL-25 are involved in the acute response of asthma and may be used as an indicator to judge the acute phase of asthma. The decline of lung function and quality of life in asthmatic children may be related to both.
