长输管道穿越河流时,受浮力、水流等影响,易造成管道上抬、水平推移、悬空和振动,甚至管线因产生巨大应力而断裂。因此,长输管道穿越此类地区需制定符合现场实际情况的施工方法。以靖边能源化工综合利用启动项目渣油管输工程的芦河穿越为例,阐述了有关大开挖穿越中需要注意的一些问题,并对以后大开挖穿越此类淤泥质粘土河流的施工方法提出了建议。
Long-distance pipeline crossing the river, subject to buoyancy, water flow and other effects, easily lead to pipe uplift, horizontal displacement, vacancy and vibration, and even pipeline due to the huge stress fracture. Therefore, long-distance pipeline crossing such areas need to be developed in line with the actual situation in the field of construction methods. Taking the reed crossing of the residue pipeline project of Jingbian Energy and Chemical Industry Comprehensive Utilization Project as an example, some problems that need to be noticed in the process of large excavation are expounded, and the construction methods of large-scale excavation of muddy clay river give suggestions.
