目的对选煤厂职业病危害因素识别,评价采取的职业病防护措施效果。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查法、检测检验法、检查表法等方法进行定性和定量评价。结果生产过程中的主要职业病危害因素:粉尘、噪声。检测24个粉尘作业点,合格作业点数17个,合格率70.8%;岗位个体呼吸性粉尘浓度检测9个岗位,合格9个点,合格率为100%。对该矿29个工作面进行了噪声测定,合格点数20个,合格率为68.9%,最大值109.4dB(A)。该项目的选址、总平面布置、工艺、设备布局、建筑卫生学要求等符合国家有关法规要求。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合要求,但噪声的危害仍不容忽视。
Objective To identify occupational hazards in coal preparation plant and evaluate the effects of occupational disease prevention measures. Methods The methods of on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation, test and test, checklist and other methods were used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the production process: dust, noise. Twenty-four dust operation points were detected, of which 17 were qualified operation points, with a pass rate of 70.8%. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in the construction project basically meets the requirements, but the damage caused by noise still can not be ignored.
